3D/VR Photography Apps for Google Cardboard Android

  1. ‚ÄčDisplay 3D photos full screen for viewing with a Stereoscope or Google Cardboard VR headset.

  2. Browse folders for stereo photos on your phone internal memory,  SD memory card, or attached USB memory connected with a USB OTG (On-The-Go) cable.
  3. View Web or file stereo photos through a clipboard URL link.
  4. View Web stereo photo galleries hosted by Smugmug, either public or unlisted galleries. The app displays photos in the X3 size.

  7. View stereo photos from websites  that return directory listings for the page requested. This is handy for a local network web server or Web pages that offer this way to access photos.
  8. Provide access to stereo photos using a QR coded URL links to a stereo photo website gallery. 
  9. View stereo photos stored on Toshiba FlashAir WIFI Memory Card versions 1, W-02 and W-03 (example: http://192.168.0.1/DCIM/104_FUJI with memory card in FujiFilm W3 3D camera) with URL link defined in Settings. The folder name in the example URL depends on the camera model. Use this feature to view MPO images from a FujiFilm W3 camera with one these memory cards installed. (Display Server Link menu option, see Settings - Photo Server URL entry)
  10. Start and stop slideshow with automatic repeat option. (Not in Cardboard VR viewing mode)
  11. Advance to next or previous photo with screen swipe or connected Bluetooth controller/keyboard (arrow keys).
  12. Advance to next photo with screen click or tap (for use with Google Cardboard version 2 devices)
  13. Capture stereo photos using a Camera cha-cha method, i.e. take left eye photo, move to right, then take right eye photo).
  14. Access Menu with a vertically swipe on screen.
  15. View 2D photos with optional automatic orientation to portrait or landscape to completely fill the phone display
